The plan is to have a quick dip with the Club Swim and then Meet back at the club for 0900 so we can jump on the SES bus to head up to Rous Head for around 1000.  Ian Noorman is your Driver. The plan is to time our arrival with the Westpac Lifesaver helicopter landing on and then we have been invited to have a tour of the aircraft.  Our own Jessica Williams will be our host for the morning.

From there we will be off for bit to eat and then to Coogee Beach to visit the Jetty there for a well-earned swim for about an hr. The Plan will be to be home around 1 or 2pm after a swim at Coogee Beach.

The U13s will be joining us on this outing.

Also depending on numbers I may need a couple of parents to help with transport
